8x 20 second sprints (1:40 - ish rest per round) + a quick warm up/cool down
Sprints are a great way to quickly get some cardio in if you're time poor. Bonus, we will be at the beautiful Gold Coast Main Beach. Plus, running in the sand is great for working those calves and quads too - bonus again!
